But the shadows are a part of us and sometimes contain our greatest strengths.\n\n\n\nIn this short seminar we use the shell spiral energy to help us recognize our shadow aspects and hidden talents and neurographic drawing to release energy for ourselves..\n\n\n\nEvery judgement of others and the suppression of our supposedly unacceptable aspects into a hidden place costs us a lot of energy!\n\n\n\nMessages can then come to us from this hidden place, such as: There is something wrong with me. I am not OK. I am not lovable. And many more.\n\n\n\nWe often believe these messages and avoid looking more closely for fear of uncovering something we cannot deal with.\n\n\n\nMany people have become so disconnected from these aspects that they only perceive them as behavior and characteristics in other people.\n\n\n\nWhat do you dislike about others?
